Manager, Product Development

Key Responsibilities:Support Product Leader to lead workgroup on different product initiative projectsAssist team head to develop and manage insurance products and campaignCollaborate with various stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance etc to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle; pipeline management and approval processConduct market/product analysis, product testing and prepare the product related document e.g. product specifications and user requirementsSupport different business development initiates on product promotionEnsure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines etc

• Support Product Leader to lead workgroup on different product initiative projects
• Assist team head to develop and manage insurance products and campaign
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance etc to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle; pipeline management and approval process
• Conduct market/product analysis, product testing and prepare the product related document e.g. product specifications and user requirements
• Support different business development initiates on product promotion
• Ensure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines etc

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry, strong par-savings product knowledge is preferred
• Strong accountability and sense of ownership, patience with attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in advanced level in Excel and Powerpoint presentation is preferred
